Vital Heart Scan provides cardiovascular screening Services, including cardiovascular ultrasound screening, intended to help individuals obtain information about certain aspects of their cardiovascular health.
Our Services are designed to provide screening information and are not intended to replace ongoing care or evaluation by your physician or other qualified healthcare professional.
The information and Services provided through our website are subject to applicable laws and regulations. The Services are not intended for use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such use would be contrary to law or regulation or would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, individuals who choose to access or use the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for complying with applicable local laws and regulations.
2. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Vital Heart Scan provides cardiovascular screening Services intended to assist individuals in gaining information about certain aspects of their cardiovascular health. Our screening Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition and are not a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare professional.
Screening results should be reviewed with the individual's healthcare provider, particularly when abnormal or potentially significant findings are identified. No screening test can identify every cardiovascular condition, and normal screening results do not guarantee the absence of cardiovascular disease.
Vital Heart Scan does not provide emergency medical Services. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek immediate emergency medical attention.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Services. Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights will constitute a material breach of our Legal Terms and your right to use our Services will terminate immediately.
4. USER REPRESENTATIONS
